Kids Camp:   July 3rd - 6th, 2024        Check in:  11 am & Check out:  2:00 pm     

You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of the registration including payment. If you do not pay online you won't receive confirmation emails or updates until you have made your payment for camp. A welcome letter from the camp directors will be sent out 1-2 weeks before camp starts. All children must be delivered to the camp by a legal guardian and picked up by a legal guardian.   

No registration is complete or will be accepted without complete payment or approved sponsorship. Registration fees include a $65.00 non-refundable administration fee. To be eligible for a partial refund of camp fees, please review our website for cut-off dates. 

We are (as a camping facility) not resourced with equipment or volunteer staff, to care for persons that have high levels of developmental or special needs challenges. We reserve the right to determine if your child's medical or mental health condition exceeds the Nanoose Bay Camp's ability to provide the support needed for a week of camp. All of this is done out of respect and love for each child and it is only for their benefit that we would ever want to turn someone away.
